conveniently located near many of the city's most popular destinations including Logan
Square, the Museum of Art as well as Philadelphia's commercial, financial and retail

Guest Room Options
With 364 beautifully appointed guest rooms, 103 of which are suites, guests have several
various room options from which to choose. The main goal of the Four Seasons' staff is to
ensure that every guest is as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Mirroring the style and
mood of the city, the furnishings in all of the rooms are federal style, paying tribute to
the major role that Philadelphia played in giving birth to the United States as a free and
prosperous country. The Four Seasons' standard guest rooms can be divided into four
categories. The Moderate Rooms are located on the lower floors of the hotel and provide
guests with splendid views of the inner courtyard and the hotel's gardens. Located on the
upper floors are the Superior Rooms. These rooms have the same view as the Moderate Rooms
with the exception of clearly being able to see the Academy of Natural Science out of the
window. The Garden View Rooms are scattered throughout the hotel while the Deluxe Rooms
feature dazzling views of the city. All rooms are comparable to each other
in size.
Spacious Suites
For those who prefer more room to move in or are traveling with children the Philadelphia
Four Seasons has several suite options. The Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites measure 848 square
feet in size and can be converted so as to have a second bedroom. The floor plan also
includes two full bathrooms, a living area and a dining room that can comfortably seat up
to six people. The walls are tastefully painted in shades coral, green or yellow. The
Royal Suite is located on the eighth floor and is very spacious measuring either 1,397
square feet or 1,787 square feet, depending on whether the second bedroom option is
chosen. For each bedroom there is one full bath. Other rooms include a living area, dining
room and a full kitchen. The view of the trees and Museum of Art from the suite is
absolutely marvelous. The Presidential Suite is by far the largest guest
room in the hotel. Located on the seventh floor, this suite measures either 1,938 square
feet or 2,638 square feet, depending on whether or not the second bedroom is opted for.
This suite features a furnished balcony that is an ideal place to relax while watching the
comings and goings of Logan Square. There is one full bathroom per bedroom and the master
bath's highlight is a large Jacuzzi style tub. The furnishings in all of the suites
reflect the Federal-era of Philadelphia.

leisure travelers. The Four Seasons Executive Suite measures 660 square feet. The layout
includes a bedroom, full bathroom and a parlour that is separated from the sleeping area
by classic French doors. The view from the room is that of either the courtyard or the
cityscape. The Deluxe Four Seasons Executive Suite is about 100 square
feet larger allowing the guest to have more room. This suite too has one bedroom, a full
marble bath and a sitting area that is separated by French doors. Both of these suite
